Zone Meeting

Wow another Monday is here!! This past week was a little weird... I
had exchanges and then I had a meeting all day Friday... So part of it
was kinda slow and part was fast haha! On Tuesday my companion had to
go to the valley (Phoenix) for a sister training meeting because she's
a boss and everyone knows it haha! She's seriously great! So while she
was gone I went on exchanges which just means I had a different
companion for that time that she was gone. There are 2 sister training
leaders or STL's as we call them in the north part of AZ. So those two
went and I stayed here and was in charge of the area while she was
gone. I was super scared at first but we just did some service for a
member and then we and visited some people who are a little less
active. It's funny because in cottonwood there are a lot of older
women and men.. So whenever we get into someone's house that's older
we always know that we'll be there for a few hours haha :) but they
are so sweet and so nice to us so I don't mind! Plus they let us teach
them lessons, so that's always a nice thing!! Our zone conference was
SO FUN!!! It was up in flagstaff about an hour from where I am now.
The drive was so gorgeous!! We played jeopardy and a few other games
right when we got there. There's a lot of really fun people in my
zone, and it's fun because we all come from somewhere different! We
all got to bond and get to know each other super well! After playing
games we ate lunch and then had our actual meeting. We talked about
our purpose as missionaries and how we can get to know people in our
wards! It was really fun, and really informative. After we drove home
and planned for the next day! Saturday we had to ride our bikes
alllllllll over town. Why? You might ask. Because, my dear friends....
We have no miles :) we get a certain amount of miles each month for
our car. And we have so many meetings and things that are far from us
so we have to bike a lot this month.... But no worries!! That just
means I can eat a lot more food than usual because I'm biking it off!!
Haha :) Sunday was fast Sunday! And we decided to go to our little
tiny YSA branch. There are 8 active members of the YSA branch so fast
Sunday's are fun because EVERYONE gets to go :) I was the first one to
share my Testimony.... Because one of the leaders asked me to.... Hahah but it was
nice and I really enjoyed bearing my testimony. This week I've been
reading a lot about the atonement of Jesus Christ. It amazes me that
someone so perfect could atone for the sins of all of us. But I am so
so grateful that he did. That way I am able to see Heavenly Father and
Jesus Christ again. It makes me feel so loved to know that someone
loves everyone THAT much. I definitely recommend reading and learning
more about Jesus Christ and how he atoned for all of our sins. You'll
probably learn something new!
I miss and love you all... Thank you for all the nice emails. I really
appreciate everyone taking the time to write me! You are all
amazing!!!!

LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!
